Dundas Blues Music ("the app") is a soundboard for iPad, published by Scott Peacock ("we", "us").
Summary
The app does not collect, store on our servers, or share any personal information. Everything you add to the app stays on your iPad.
Information the App Uses
- Audio and images you import. Files you choose from Files, and songs you choose from your music library, are copied into the app's own storage on your iPad so they can be played. They are not uploaded anywhere.
- Music library access. If you choose "Import from Music Library", the app asks for permission to read your music library. It uses this only to list the songs you own that are downloaded to your iPad and to copy the ones you pick. You can turn this off at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Media & Apple Music.
- Photos. Tile pictures are chosen with the system photo picker, which gives the app only the photos you select. Location data in the photos is removed when they're saved.
- Settings. Your boards, clips and preferences are stored on your iPad.
What We Don't Do
- No accounts or sign-in.
- No analytics, advertising or tracking, and no third-party SDKs.
- No data is sent to us or to anyone else.
Sharing
Boards leave your iPad only when you export them yourself, for example by AirDrop or Save to Files. The exported file contains that board's clips and their audio.
Backups
Imported audio and settings are included in your iPad's own iCloud or computer backups, which Apple manages under its own privacy policy.
Children's Privacy
The app does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new date.
